wad up
day four was good. it was raining so i was able to stay nice and cool for once. after the run i was feeling pretty good then leeroy maa boy champ champ brad haddin suggested going for a swim, so we did. safe to say afterwards i was feeling pretty good. then we went for a curry then a sundae from macca's so sort of fucked it all up lol but in my diffence it was a good curry.
ive decided that is enough training in aus and im just guna enjoy my last couple of days, plus i have a shit load of packing to do, what a pain int he arse that is btw.
ill be bothering you all for sponsors soon as the 1st leg of our mission is coming up in july.

day 3
hey guys
yesterday went quiet well, although i decided to go at the hottest point of the day which wasnt to smart. i am starting to feel alot fitter then when i 1st started (please note i didnt only just start 3 days ago) coming back i was really putting in some yards.
i know i said i was going to record a time, i havent got round to that yet but i intend to when i go tomorow, then i will have something to aim for.
in my deffence to karl mongers comments about oweing them money........well .....actually..........i dont have 1..............................shit!!

day 2 of training
day 1 was quiet succesful. the run went well although the 2nd half of it i started to feel it abit. sort of ruined it all by having macdonalds for lunch afterwards though :s im going to be doing the same run again today but going to set a time so the next time i do it ill try and beat it, oh and not have macca's afterwards lol.
i hope the other 2 are putting in a bit of effort cos if not they will get the shock of there lives when i get back and start kicking there arses into shape!!!

day 1 of the training
well its time to get started. im going to be doing a run up to beech and back today (hopefully) its not to far but in my current state will probably turn out harder than it should. i plan on doing it most of the days that i have left in australia, then when i return do some serious training with the boys.
ive beeb doing a bit of running on my own out here, but its hard to motivate myself when there is no one out here telling me to do it so it will be good to return and have the boys pushing me along, also me an karl pushing matt along cos i have a feeling he will try gt out of it a couple of times ;) only messing son!!
right time to go for this run :s ill let you know how it goes!!

the iidea was put to me by karl monger, and i thought what the hell why not!! its going to be a laugh watching us all trying to get fit (especially matt) and if we keep up with it and carry it out.
personally im doing it to get myself fit again. for a sporty person im probably as unfit as you get so this will be a good test to try get myself fit again, oh and to raise a bit of m,oney aswell.
